Four things to confirm before you book.
The right kit depends on frame space, saddle clearance and whether the bicycle already has a rack. Send photographs before booking.
We confirm the actual kit, its capacity, attachment points and return conditions before you travel to the hub.
Pickup is at Belleville, near Pyrénées station. Allow time to check every strap and clearance around wheels, brakes, cables and lights before riding towards the Véloscénie, Avenue Verte or your next stage.
Combine the rental with bike-case storage if required. Rebuild the bicycle in a suitable place first, then collect the confirmed kit at the hub.

Yes. This service is for travellers bringing their own bicycle.
Only for conventional panniers. A rackless bikepacking kit may fit without one, subject to bicycle measurements and clearances.
A handover check may be arranged, but workshop fitting or bicycle modifications are included only when confirmed before pickup.
Yes. The amount and return conditions are provided with the confirmed kit before payment.
One-way return is not automatically included. Obtain written confirmation before booking a point-to-point trip.
Yes, subject to capacity. Reserve storage for the same dates so both services can be confirmed.
