Where can I get my bike packed in Lisbon?
Box & Ride arranges professional bicycle packing at a partner bike shop in Lisbon, Portugal. The service costs €89.99 per bicycle and includes a cardboard bike box, protective materials and packing by the shop. Book through WhatsApp; your appointment, bike fit and exact location are confirmed before payment.
The packing service takes place in the city, not at Lisbon Airport (LIS). You arrange transport of the boxed bike to the airport and book bicycle carriage with your airline separately.

Where do I bring my bike?
To our partner bike shop in Lisbon, not to the airport. We share the exact location and appointment details when confirming your booking. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.
Will my bike fit?
Tell us your bike model and frame size when you message us. Road and gravel bikes are the main fit; mountain bikes, large frames and other bike types need confirmation. Box dimensions are confirmed with your booking.
How long before my flight should I book?
Send your flight date and time so we can check a suitable appointment. Packing time and availability are confirmed individually. Leave enough time to take the boxed bike to the airport and check it in.
Do I pay before you confirm availability?
No. We confirm the bike, appointment and location before asking you to pay. Sending a WhatsApp request does not commit you to a booking.
Is my airline booking included?
No. You must book your bicycle with your airline and check its size, weight and battery rules. Packing does not guarantee airline acceptance.
